About Digifiers
We're not a generalist implementation company, and we don't want to become one. Digifiers is a boutique Odoo partner by design: small, specialized, and intent on staying that way.
Our ambition is to become a specialist in each customer's business: understanding operations, processes, financial flows, and challenges in depth before deciding how technology should support them.
Eight commitments shape how Digifiers works:
We chose a boutique model over scale for its own sake, and we intend to keep it that way.
AI, internal tooling, methodologies, and optimized processes shape how we analyze, configure, develop, integrate, test, and document.
We stay close to the real work: processes, configuration, code, and the decisions in between.
If a request adds risk or cost without enough value, we'll say so, explain the trade-off, and look for a simpler route.
Short communication lines and few layers, so questions and decisions don't have to queue.
Testing, quality assurance, and documentation are built into how we deliver, not bolted on.
We want to understand the business behind the software before recommending technology.
We follow what changes in Odoo, AI, automation, and tooling — and evaluate what is genuinely useful.
These are the standards we set for ourselves: what we stand for and aim to demonstrate, not independent proof of performance, expertise, or outcomes.
We aim for you to work directly with the people who analyze, design, configure, and build your solution, with short communication lines. That direct collaboration is a deliberate part of the model.
That is the working model we intend, not a promise that one person does everything. On small and medium-sized projects we try to keep one consultant close to the work end to end; larger projects may need several profiles. Either way the aim is the same: decisions made with you, not around you.
Technology is evolving extremely quickly. We actively follow developments in AI, automation, software engineering, Odoo, development tooling, and business-process technology — and we evaluate what is genuinely useful before recommending it. New is not the test; useful is.
Our ambition goes further than implementing an ERP and moving on. We want to be a long-term technology and process partner: helping you keep improving operations and financial processes as Odoo, AI, and the wider technology landscape evolve. In practice today, that means hypercare and responsive support after go-live, with optimisation and new work scoped separately — plus the standing intent to help you stay current through useful innovation. It remains an ambition, not a guaranteed outcome.
Digifiers has two co-founders, with complementary focus areas.
Co-Founder & CTO
Hans leads the technical side of Digifiers. His focus is on Odoo architecture, software engineering, custom development, integrations, AI, technical methodologies, tooling, and ensuring the quality and scalability of the solutions we deliver.
Co-Founder — Commercial & Business
David leads the commercial and business side of Digifiers. His focus is on understanding companies and their processes, identifying opportunities for optimization and automation, translating business requirements into ERP projects, customer relationships, partnerships, and the commercial development of Digifiers.
Between them, Hans and David combine technical, operational, financial, and commercial expertise — the combination Digifiers is built on.
Digifiers started on August 1, 2025, and currently consists of 7 people. Small is a choice: through AI, internal tooling, methodologies, and optimized processes, we work across business and process analysis, Odoo configuration, software development, integrations, testing and quality assurance, documentation and knowledge management, and project execution and delivery.
Our own assessment, not an independent benchmark: we believe our current output is comparable to that of a more traditional team of approximately 25 people.
We publish that as our own self-assessment of how we operate — not as a measured result, and not as a promise about your project.
One more bounded fact: Digifiers is an Odoo Silver Partner, Odoo's current partner-tier recognition, reviewed quarterly. A credential, not a promise.
